    • Effective, efficient, life-changing electrolysis services are our highest priority.
    • Read our policies carefully before booking to ensure the best experience.
  • Appointments:

    • Services by appointment only; no walk-ins.
    • Contact us for last-minute Pronto Appointments.
  • Deposits and Cancellations:

    • 24-hour cancellation notice required.
    • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • Cancellation before 24 hours: Charged the deposit fee.
    • Cancellation within 24 hours: Charged the full appointment fee.
    • Send cancellation requests via text or email with full name and appointment details.

     

  • Payments:

    • Due at the time of treatment.
    • Accepted: Cash, major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, 
    • Not accepted: Checks.
  • Time and Late Policy:

    • Appointments start and end at reserved times.
    • Arrive early to begin on time.
    • Late arrivals result in forfeiture of lost time.
    • Ending early forfeits purchased time.
  • Taxes and Tips:

    • Taxes included in service price.
    • Tips are appreciated but not expected.
  • Contraindications:

    • Inform us if you are pregnant or have a pacemaker.
  • Minors:

    • Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Studio Policy:

    • Only the client is allowed in the treatment studio unless approved by the electrologist.
  • Sanitation:

    • We follow California Department of Health regulations for cleanliness.
    • Tools are sterilized and disinfected after each client.
  • Intimate Areas:

    • Electrolysis offered for all body parts.
    • Zero-tolerance for inappropriate behavior.
  • Documentation:

    • Collect client information for treatment plans.
    • Information is private and shared only with the electrologist.
  • Photos:

    • Pre and post-treatment photos are taken.
    • Client's identifying information and photos are not shared without permission.
