Appointments:
- Services by appointment only; no walk-ins.
- Contact us for last-minute Pronto Appointments.

Deposits and Cancellations:
- 24-hour cancellation notice required.
- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Cancellation before 24 hours: Charged the deposit fee.
- Cancellation within 24 hours: Charged the full appointment fee.
- Send cancellation requests via text or email with full name and appointment details.

- Due at the time of treatment.
- Accepted: Cash, major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle,
- Not accepted: Checks.

Time and Late Policy:
- Appointments start and end at reserved times.
- Arrive early to begin on time.
- Late arrivals result in forfeiture of lost time.
- Ending early forfeits purchased time.

- Taxes included in service price.
- Tips are appreciated but not expected.

Contraindications:

Minors:

- Only the client is allowed in the treatment studio unless approved by the electrologist.

- Zero-tolerance for inappropriate behavior.
